Orders & shipping
Yes, shipping is free worldwide. For orders outside the EU, local import duties and taxes are not included and are paid to the carrier on delivery.
Total time is production plus delivery. Ready-made apparel and accessories take 3–21 days to produce, then 3–4 business days to the USA, 6–8 to Europe, 2–14 to Australia, 4–8 to Japan and 10–20 elsewhere. Made-to-measure suits take 8 weeks to produce (12 with custom printing), then 2–20 business days to arrive. See Shipping & Returns and Shipping & Returns for custom suits.
Personalisation & returns
Yes, on products that show "YOUR TEXT" on the photo: up to 15 characters, free. See the personalisation guide.
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method: email hello@deemflywear.com first, then send them back within 14 days. Personalised and made-to-measure items cannot be returned for a change of mind, but faults are covered by our 2-year warranty. See the Refund policy.
