Returns & Cancellations Policy
Custom-made and personalised products All products sold by DEEM FLYWEAR are custom-made and personalised to your individual specifications. Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods.
Once your order is confirmed, production begins and cancellations are not possible after 24 hours from the time of order placement. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
Cancellations You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by submitting a cancellation request through your customer account at https://account.deemflywear.com. After this window, cancellations cannot be accepted as production will have commenced.
Non-personalised items — Return window For any non-personalised items, you have 14 days from delivery of the last item in your order to request a return. The return window is extended if the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@deemflywear.com or log in to your account at https://account.deemflywear.com. Approved returns should be sent to: Grzegorz Kowalik, Juliana Bartoszewicza 11 m14, 00-337 Warsaw, Poland. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@deemflywear.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Custom-made and personalised products cannot be returned (see above). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal DEEM FLYWEAR products are custom-made and personalised to your individual specifications. Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-order goods.
For any non-personalised items shipped to the European Union, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies. The return window starts from delivery of the last item in your order and is extended if the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded 70% of the order value as a voucher within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@deemflywear.com.
