Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing DEEM FLYWEAR! Below you will find all the information regarding the shipping of our products. As we operate on a print-on-demand model, our products are customize and created especially for you and shipped directly from our production partners. Returning or canceling order up to 14 days from payment day according to EU law.
1. Order Processing and Delivery Time
The total delivery time is the sum of the production time and the shipping time.
Usually, it takes 3–21 days to fulfill an order (depends product ), after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
Please note that all provided timelines are estimates and may change due to factors beyond our control (e.g., delays by the shipping company, customs procedures).
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the following factors:
The weight and type of products ordered.
The destination address.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Our products may be printed in different locations by various Printify production partners. If your order contains several different products (e.g., a T-shirt and a mug), they may be sent in separate packages from different locations. In such a case, a separate shipping cost will be applied for each shipment, and these costs will be totaled in your shopping cart.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will contain a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
4. International Shipping, Customs, and Taxes
We ship to most countries worldwide.
Taxes calculated at checkout. International orders are shipped DDU. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your shipment may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or other local taxes. As the buyer, you are fully responsible for covering any additional costs associated with importing goods into your country. DEEM FLYWEAR is not responsible for these fees or for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and correct.
We are not responsible for shipments that are not delivered due to an error in the address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery address. The costs of reshipment are covered by the Customer.
