CUSTOM EMBROIDERIES & PRINTING

Steps of the process

1. Order a Product via 3D Configurator and make a payment. You pay for the product first them aditional cost for custiomization

2.You will recieve order confirmation via email with order number.

3. Reply on this email to hello@deemflywear.com. Describe whta kiind of customization you want attach files. its important to be as specyfic as it possible so all kind of additional information that gonna help understan us your idea is more then welcome.

4. Design confirmation. We goonna prepare 3D model with you graphic idea till the confirmation.

5. Customization payment. We are gonna send you payment link for additional work. After payment the product gonna be send to Workshop. Production time is 6-8 weeks coiunting from final payment and design confirmation

Editing cost :

When you order your suit with extra embroidery request, even though you send it in a perfect format, there is always some work before the actual embroidering. The graphic designer vectorizes the logo if needed, and prepares a documentation for further processing. This takes time according to the complexity of the project. The price of the editing may vary, depending the time spent. Every started hour costs €50, except for easy tasks, that is for free.

The total delivery time is the sum of the production time and the shipping time. Usually, it takes 6-8 weeks to fulfill an order (depends product ), after which it’s shipped out.

Please note that all provided timelines are estimates and may change due to factors beyond our control (e.g., delays by the shipping company, customs procedures). Returning or canceling order up to 14 days from payment day according to EU law.

General Washing Guidelines:

For best results, machine wash your garments in cold water (30°C/86°F or below) to preserve fabric integrity and prevent shrinkage. Always turn garments inside out before washing to protect prints and colors. Use a gentle or delicate wash cycle with mild, color-safe detergent without bleach or harsh chemicals. Separate dark colors from light colors to prevent color transfer and maintain the vibrancy of your apparel.

Drying Instructions:

If using a dryer, select the low heat setting to prevent shrinkage and fabric damage. However, we recommend air drying by hanging or laying flat to maintain the garment's shape and extend its life. Remove garments promptly after drying to prevent wrinkles, and when air drying, keep them out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Ironing & Steaming:

If ironing is necessary, use low to medium temperature settings and always iron printed areas from the inside to protect designs. For extra protection, place a thin pressing cloth between the iron and garment. Steaming is gentler and preferred for wrinkle removal without direct contact with the fabric.

Special Care Notes:

Never use bleach or bleach-based products on your garments, as they can damage both fabric and prints. Dry cleaning is not recommended, as the chemicals may harm prints and fabric quality. Avoid fabric softeners, which can affect print quality and moisture-wicking properties. Always wash new garments before wearing them for the first time.

Print Care:

For new items, allow prints to fully cure for 24-48 hours before the first wash. Avoid scrubbing or wringing printed areas, and keep them away from solvents, spot removers, and harsh stain treatments. Treat printed areas with gentle care to maintain vibrant colors and crisp details throughout the life of your garment.

Storage Recommendations:

Always wash garments before long-term storage and fold printed items rather than hanging them to prevent stretching and distortion. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and avoid packing too tightly to maintain the fabric's natural shape and structure.

Stain Treatment:

Act quickly when treating stains for best results. Gently blot stains with cold water rather than rubbing, which can spread the stain or damage fabric. Test any stain remover on an inconspicuous area first, and keep stain treatments away from printed areas when possible.

Following these care instructions will help maintain the quality, fit, and appearance of your premium apparel for years to come.
